Sophie Lancaster would've turned 23 if she hadn't been beaten and kicked to death by a group of teenagers who attecked her and her boyfriend. The reason for the vicious attack? Sophie and her boyfriend were goths.

I wish to express my condolences and support to the family of Sophie. It grieves me that someone should lose their life just because they look different.
Violence is not an answer to anything. Hate only breeds hate. We are all different but each one of us has to have the same right to exist in this world.

So many things I could say to this, but I'll just say that people are so lame. Ugh. Especially high school.
Morgan: it's so sad that these things happen. I was bullied and beat up in school for nine years (some cases were pretty serious) and the teachers only said that "the boys just like you". I think tolerance should be taught from an early age because at some point it's impossible to change people's way of thinking.
